This November we will be releasing ‘Absence’, a new album Istanbul-based artist biblo (Pınar Üzeltüzenci). Spoiler alert – it’s absolutely stunning.
I was lucky to be in Istanbul in August. With the album having so much to do with the city, we started searching for the album’s artwork in its streets, looking for its hidden layers that watched the Gezi protests unfold and the crevices that absorbed its turmoil.
